I’m Elaine, the designer and maker behind every Odeda Jewellery creation. My work draws from diverse inspirations: the organic beauty of natural forms, the powerful symbolism of ancient patterns, and the bold, clean lines of architecture. These inspirations, united by a common thread of inner strength, can be found in each of my collections.

Having spent years in a structured, conventional career as a lawyer, I found fulfillment in the fluid, transformative nature of jewellery-making—a journey that inspired me to launch Odeda Jewellery. “Odeda” means “to encourage,” and I chose this name for the strength and optimism it represents, believing it is a fitting reflection of my mission to create pieces that serve as symbols of resilience, support and inspiration. Working with recycled silver, ethically sourced gold, and both lab-created and natural gemstones, I take great care to create jewellery that not only reflects resilience and purpose but respects both the environment and careful craftmanship.

Seedpod Collection
Sculpted by hand using real poppy seed heads, this collection reflects nature’s cycles of renewal. Seedpods, in particular, evoke the idea of dormant strength—potential waiting to flourish in its own time. These dainty, organic forms serve as elegant symbols of patience and resilience, speaking to those who appreciate delicate jewellery with deep, personal meaning.
Craftmanship with purpose
At Odeda Jewellery, every piece is made by me by hand, using traditional goldsmithing techniques, sometimes combined with metal clay, ensuring that no two pieces are exactly the same. As a solo maker, I’m committed to sourcing responsibly and working sustainably—from my use of recycled metals, my re-plating service, and my carefully chosen packaging.
