Layering and stacking jewellery will continue to be popular in summer 2024, allowing for personalised and dynamic looks. Mixing different lengths, styles and metals can add versatility and a contemporary edge to jewellery. Odeda jewellery is designed to be versatile, so that you can create a look that’s meaningful and uniquely yours. I suggest experimenting with mixing pieces from different collections and/or mixing gold and silver to create a striking effect. For example, layering delicate necklaces from the mandala or seedpod collections with bold pieces from the Arches Collection can create a truly unique and personalized style. Sustainable and Ethical Handmade Jewellery
The trend towards sustainable and ethically made jewellery continues to be strong in 2024 with handcrafted pieces made from eco-friendly materials highly sought after. As a sole artisan, I take pride in carefully and slowly creating each jewellery piece by hand in my small UK workshop, to ensure the highest quality and ethical craftsmanship. My commitment to sustainability and kindness is also reflected in my use of recycled and single mine origin metals and responsibly sourced gemstones.
Customised and bespoke Jewellery
Custom and bespoke jewellery remains popular in summer 2024 for its unique and meaningful touch. While I only take on a very limited number of commissions each year, I love working on bespoke pieces that reflect your story, to create talismans that allow you to carry a piece of your personal journey with you, and offers strength and courage. I’m really excited to share my latest creations and timeless designs with you! Come meet me in person at my John Lewis pop-up in White City (Shepherd’s Bush) from July 15th to July 21st where you can get a first glimpse at my new birthstone mandala pendants and try on new pieces from the Arches Collection. Additionally, you can find selected pieces from the Mandala and Seedpod collections in-store at @work gallery and a small selection of sample and one-of-a-kind silver pieces will be available throughout June (including my ‘studs in tins’) at the Urban Makers shop on Roman Road, London. New pieces will also be launching on www.odedajewellery.com in July 2024.
